Product Description

Human PAI-1 (stable vitronectin reduced binding mutant)

The Q123K point mutation on the human PAI-1 stable mutant background (K154T, Q319L, M354I and N150H) results in PAI-1 with a greatly extended half life and ten-fold reduced binding to the important ligand vitronectin.
