| Description: |
Amino terminal fragment of human urokinase. The amino terminal fragment (ATF) of uPA is purified from auto-catalytic digestion of recombinant human urokinase produced in insect cells. ATF contains the Kringle and Epidermal Growth Factor domains and is separated from LMW uPA by cleavage at the Lys135-Lys136 bond. |
